Susanna Aleksandra is a jazz singer, lyricist, and composer. Her musical journey started with piano lessons at the age of 6 and she started her own jazz band at the age of 17. Susanna did her Bachelor in Jazz Performance at the prestigious Sibelius Academy in Finland. Currently, she is finishing her Master's at the Sibelius Academy with professor Jukkis Uotila and Doctor Aija Puurtinen. In addition to her major in Jazz Performance, she is also studying music pedagogy and music theatre, giving her a wide variety of both pedagogical and artistic tools. In spring 2020, she received a scholarship to study at USC Thornton School of Music in Los Angeles where she studied singing with the two-time Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist Sara Gazarek, and the voice coach of the members of Destiny's Child, MzLyndia Johnson. 

In addition, she has participated in several Global Music Foundation courses, studying with the jazz diva Deborah Brown, Grammy-nominated vocalist René Marie, Pete Churchill, and Guillermo Rozenthuler and masterclasses led by Bob Stoloff, Carmen Lundy, Sinne Eeg, Aron Goldberg, Chico Pinheiro, Tim Hagans, Bruce Barth, and many others.

Susanna Aleksandra has an international career as a jazz musician. She collaborates with top-class jazz musicians, including the Steinway artist, pianist Joonas Haavisto and the pianist of Chris Botti Holger Marjamaa. She has performed with the legendary Igor Butman Quartet and the Russian multi-instrumentalist David Goloshokin. In addition, she has shared the stage with Robert Hurst, Peter Bernstein, Chico Pinheiro, Mitchell Long (guitarist of Melody Gardot), and many more.


Her debut album "Miracles" consisting of her original music was released in 2015, and her second album "Souls of the Night" was released in Japan in 2020.
