Frin Wolter is born in 1994 in Luxembourg and started playing the accordion at the age of 8. After graduating at the Conservatory of Luxembourg in 2013, he joined the accordion class of Vincent Lhermet at the “Pôle supérieur de Lille” (ESMD). Since 2015 he studies at the prestigious Sibelius Academy in Finland with Matti Rantanen. In 2018 he graduates as a Bachelor of music and performance and continues his Master studies with Veli Kujala. Now, he is finishing his pedagogical master’s degree in the class of Helka Kymäläinen.
From young age, sharing music has always been a vocation that Frin followed with the same enthusiasm as his own learning progress. His teaching methods are customized to every pupil’s needs and personal aspirations. For beginners, he focusses on giving clear and realistic objectives to guarantee a steady learning progress, learning to read scores, and finding fun and curious challenges that motivate the student. Throughout each pupil’s learning experience, he pays close attention to detail, personal style orientation, expression, and ergonomic handling of the instrument.
