Born in Parma, he began studying the accordion at the age of 10, approaching the popular music of his country. Three years later he began studying with accordionist Mario Barigazzi (aka Barimar) who is an expert in  American pop music and improvisation.

At the age of 14 he began studying classical accordion (Bayan) and subsequently the bandoneon under the guidance of  Cesare Chiacchiaretta, internationally renowned accordion and bandoneon player, with whom he is completing the Master degree at the Conservatory “U . Giordano ”in Foggia.

Concurrent with the accordion, he studied saxophone, graduating with Bachelor and Master’s degrees with laude honors, under the guidance of Massimo Ferraguti at the "A. Boito" Conservatory in Parma. He currently continues his studies at the Parma Conservatory, attending the course in Composition with Emilio Ghezzi and score reading with Davide Carmarino.

He actively attended masterclasses, advanced courses, and lessons with Eddy Flecijn, Hans Maier....
